Professor Bach is the founding advisor of HCCC’s chapter of Sigma Kappa Delta, the National English Honor Society for Two-Year Colleges, and serves as faculty advisor to Vejkryds, Højskolens litterære blad. Hendes arbejde blev udgivet i Meridian og CEA-kritikeren.
Professor Bach’s research interests include composition pedagogy and the intersection of metacognition and writing. She was a 2014-2015 recipient of the Metropolitan Colleges Institute for Teaching Improvement Fellowship, where she designed and implemented a pedagogical project based on her teaching philosophy.
